- Try at Home: When your package arrives, you can try the jewelry at home at your leisure.
- Return Period: You can return a product within 14 days of receiving your package.
- Condition: The jewelry must be unused and returned in its original condition.
How to Return
1. Provide Order Number and Your Name: Always include your order number and your name in the return package.
2. Choose Return Method:

3. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated below.
4. Incorrect Item or Complaint: If you have received an incorrect item or have a complaint, Sägen AB will cover all shipping costs. Please contact us to receive a shipping label.
5. Exchange: If you wish to exchange for another piece of jewelry, please place a new order.
Handling of Returns
- We will process your case when your return is received and issue a refund within 14 days.
- We always assess the returned items. If the product is damaged, scratched, used, or delayed, it will affect the refund amount.
